- A background in novel and innovative product development, with over 80 published patent applications for nicotine delivery products; electronic vapour and heated tobacco products. Heavily involved in navigating regulatory landscapes/intellectual property for next-generation products
- Passionate about building great communication pathways for project teams to deliver and execute complex projects.
Sam is a Project Manager within the Project Management Office (PMO) team at Broughton. Sam obtained a First Class, Batchelor of Science degree in Product Innovation and Development from Liverpool John Moores University and since has gained over 6 years’ experience in next-generation nicotine delivery products in both a technical and project management role for a multinational. Prior to joining Broughton, Sam was a Product Designer at Nerudia and Imperial Brands for electronic nicotine delivery systems before branching into the role of Technical Project Lead where she led numerous cross-category projects; including heated tobacco, e-vapour, oral nicotine delivery and packaging products/workstreams.
Sam is a certified project (PRINCE2 Foundation) and is experienced in agile methodologies. Sam is passionate about building and driving great communication pathways for project teams to excel in delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
