Laurence started his career with a brief stint in academia after completing an interdisciplinary PhD spanning Chemistry, Micro-Biology and Engineering. Following this Laurence has undertaken a number of roles in the pharmaceutical industry, firstly as a formulation scientist developing oral prescription products, and then moving into project and programme management. Laurence has led new and existing product developments, as well as projects aiming to license products in various global regions (UK, EU, MENA, US). Over the past 4 years at Broughton Laurence has led several projects within the medicinal product category, using his experience to guide technical teams and coordinate the compilation of regulatory submissions. Throughout his career, Laurence has strengthened his project and programme management expertise with a number of qualifications in project management (PRINCE2, Agile PM), Risk (Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management), and Business analysis.
