Ellen McCarten brings over 20 years of experience in Business Development, sales & client relationship management across a wide range of industries including advertising, retail & events, financial services and manufacturing.

She began her professional career with BT in 2004 working within their directory advertising sector before pursuing a career in floristry owning & running 3 retail, online & event businesses.

She managed all aspects of operations and business development expanding the company’s client base and increasing turnover.

Before joining Broughton, her earlier roles with Stell Cardboard Tubes & ISA Trading strengthened her expertise in strategic sales, Quality control, tendering and procurement within both public and private sectors.

Ellen is a strong sales professional with a sound experience of generating, managing and nurturing leads & relationships and has a commitment to and drive to deliver high quality customer service, she is known for her proactive approach, and her ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet each clients needs.
