Russell is a highly experienced (30 years) international Clinical Operational professional with proven experience of Global Project Planning and Management across all phases of Clinical Research (I, II, III, IV and RWE) combined with a strong understanding of change management and comprehensive leadership skills.

System-orientated Russell strives to fully utilise existing tools that permit transparent operations and real-time reporting including efficient resource utilisation, on-time tasks completion, optimal quality performance and accurate financial transparency of all aspects of Clinical Trial Research.

Having spent many years working for both Sponsors and Vendors alike Russell has acquired a strong insight that ensures that the best vendor/customer relationships are established to support the business objectives.
